Katina Johnson is a specialty chef and catering coordinator from St. Louis, MO. Katina was born June 3, 1990 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She then went on to become a student ambassador, helping new enrolled students settle in and showing them the ends and outs of becoming a chef. Katina graduated Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in St. Louis, MO with a 4.0 GPA and received recommendations from her culinary instructors to help jump start her career. After graduation, she began intensive training as a sous chef for various casinos, as well as high end resort & spas. Her culinary philosophy “specialize in what you’re cooking at the moment” is the spirit in which she creates each impressive and flavorful dish.
